The prices of products on henniebekker.com are in U.S. dollars. This is in keeping with the most common practice of pricing on the internet for products which are available for delivery internationally. Our credit card processing is in Canadian dollars. The conversion is handled automatically by your credit card company which will detail the exchange rates and final amount in your currency on your credit card statement. Because of fluctuating currency exchange rates, the final amount on your statement will, in all likelihood, vary slightly from the quoted price.
Shipping and handling charged on each order is $7.00 for the first CD and $0.75 for each additional CD. Your order is normally shipped by Post. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery if you are in the U.S. because we never know how quickly your order will clear customs. Shipments within Canada are normally delivered with 7-10 days.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order which will detail the shipping options and costs. No charges will be processed until you reply with your preference for shipping.
Changes to postal handling methods and international reciprical agreements have made it near impossible to provide a standard shipping cost for orders shipping to all other countries. Heightened security has also made it impossible to estimate a standard delivery time for international shipments. Due to increasing costs and unpredictable delivery times, orders shipped outside of North America cannot be guaranteed for delivery.
We offer Standard International shipping, which generally goes via U.S. Postal Service. Standard International shipping does not allow for tracking, even though each package has a barcoded Customs declaration. If your order is lost when shipped via this method, we will not be able to re-ship unless you re-pay for the items and shipping. Standard International packages are also not insured.
Note that for international deliveries, the customer is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes. Also, we cannot be responsible for carrier delivery delays.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Our site uses 100% Secure Socket Layer software that fully encrypts your credit card information, preventing unauthorized access.
To place your order by phone with a credit card, please call us toll-free at 1-877-243-5393 from anywhere in the United States or Canada. From all other countries, please call us at 1-519-396-5545.
You can fax your order to us. Simply print and fill out our ORDER FORM (see below) and fax it to us at 1-416-391-2646. You must include your credit card information. Please include your email address so you can be notified about the processing of your order.
You can order by credit card, personal check (cheque, if you prefer) or money order. Just print and fill out our ORDER FORM (see below) and mail it to us at the address shown in the form. If paying by check or money order, please make it out to Abbeywood Records. Please include your email address so you can be notified about the processing of your order. Checks (cheques) or money orders must be negotiable at a Canadian bank or Post Office as we are a Canadian company.
The following order forms are plain text files that can be saved to your computer. Instructions are included in the order forms to assist you. There is one order form for U.S and International orders. There is another for Canadian orders with Canadian tax and currency conversion instructions.

Sales taxes are not charged by us on U.S. or International orders. However, the customer is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes assessed by the their government.
GST or HST, which ever is appropriate, will be charged on orders for delivery within Canada. PST/RST will be charged on orders for delivery within the Province of Ontario.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days after you receive your purchase. We deem receipt to be 10 business days after an order is processed for shipping within Canada, 20 days after an order is processed for shipping to the U.S and 30 days after an order is processed for shipping to other countries. Music CD packages, which have been opened, no longer in the original shrink-wrap, are not accepted for return or exchange.
To return merchandise, please contact us by email and indicate what item(s) you want to return and the reason for your return. You will then receive instructions on where to send your return. Your charge card will be credited within 5 business days after the item is returned. You will be responsible for return shipping fees.
If you want to make an exchange, simply follow the above instructions for processing a return and simply order the item(s) you want from our site.
